When I first started the challenge I might have been a bit skeptical, did I really think the ketones would work, could I lose body fat and weight in a short period and would I work hard in my training in a short period and would I work hard in my training session even though they went for 1/2hour. The answer is absolutely YES!! Within 17 days I have lost 3.2% body fat, lost 2.2kg of weight, and can feel the difference when I don’t have my ketone drink in the morning. I have been introduced to the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting which has definitely helped with achieving my weight loss.

Chris, I'm loving using the PrimalThenics app. I really enjoy all the things that you've added, like the area-specific rehab, kettlebells, and Series 9. I particularly love Series 9 because of the way it combines the recharge and feed. I use the app in addition to compound weight lifting and lap swims. Very interested in trying the power running too!
